Hello!) We are an established online marketing firm seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager for our staff. You will be responsible for managing and growing our Hindi affiliate partnerships, increasing the growth of revenue, and increasing the retention of our players.
- -Collaborate with the companies and agents
- Looking to find New Agents and connect them with the company
- Develop and maintain solid relations with these affiliates
- Conclude new contracts and affiliate agreements;
- Achieve growth and revenue goals and targets;
- Control affiliate websites in order to make sure that the name is properly represented, particularly by monitoring reviews as well as trackers and creatives;
- Manage conversations throughout the day and provide our accounts with continuous assistance and support;
- To improve efficiency while also delivering departmental KPIs and overall performance of the portfolio at hand analyze the campaign and account performance.
- Ability to think of innovative ideas, identify issues and be able to find solutions
- Experience in managing affiliates in the Asian market;
- Communication skills that are strong with a strong communication skills Hindi, Urdu and English;
- Visual and written Hindi along with Urdu fluency
- MS Office and computer proficiency;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building abilities;
- The advantage is knowing relationships in the field of marketing;
- Work permit in Cyprus.

Overview: As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, increase brand exposure, and achieve revenue goals. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the success of the affiliate program.
Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy, including recruitment, activation, and retention of affiliates.
- Identify potential affiliate partners and establish strong relationships to grow the affiliate network.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Track affiliate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and implement strategies to optimize performance and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling promotional materials and affiliate campaigns.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary marketing assets, tools, and resources to effectively promote the company’s products or services.
Affiliate Support and Training:
- Assist affiliates in understanding the company’s product offerings and marketing objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate affiliates on best practices, compliance guidelines, and program updates.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
- Analyze affiliate performance data, track conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize and adjust commission structures and incentives to motivate affiliates and drive results.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure that affiliates adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to advertising and marketing practices.
- Address any issues of non-compliance promptly and implement corrective measures when necessary.
