Role Overview: Digital Content Marketing Manager

As the Digital Content Marketing Manager at Windmill, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to showcase our Healthcare business unit’s digital innovation and design services, as well as wellness ventures. Your responsibilities will include managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, and tracking campaign success, with a focus on lead generation. Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content development within healthcare companies.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with Healthcare and Pharma Companies based in the UK and EU region.
  • Experience in health and wellness, healthcare, and pharma/life sciences digital innovation and design.
  • Previous work experience in a startup or growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with an ability to measure and track marketing campaign success. Work from home

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy.

Content Creation:

  • Generate high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and enhance the company’s presence on social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the company website’s content, ensuring it remains up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Work with web developers to optimize website content for SEO.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital content initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:
