Job Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Contact Center Representative, you’ll:
- Pay attention to your customers, be aware of what they want, and address problems
- Make use of systems and technology to handle the customer’s accounts
- Find sales opportunities and apply sales techniques to increase the value of products
- Position and explain processes and products effectively
- The dissatisfaction of customers to management if necessary.
- Assist in first-call resolution by solving problems and efficient call handling
Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this position the candidates must have:
- Excellent organizational, written and oral skills for communication
- Ability to type quickly and precisely (20plus words/minute)
- Basic understanding in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Customer service orientation, empathy and sensitivity
- Self-management and multitasking skills in a hectic environment
- A strong team-oriented culture and a customer’s focus
- Great interpersonal abilities and the ability to establish relationships
Additional Information
- Age must be 18 years old age or older.
- Diploma from a high school or other equivalent
- It is necessary to be able by either the United States or Canada
